Will consider 1 small dog. No mailbox on property for US Mail. Must get P.O. Box or make other arrangements. This is an Airbnb so redecorating or hanging things on the walls is not allowed. House is fully furnished and tenant may not store furniture or excess boxes, etc. Showings must work around summer rentals. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Agent is owner.
